We all get stuck in the rut of daily life, so this month try to take a step back, take some you time and ask yourself what is it that you always wanted to do?<\/p>\n<p>And then, go do it- NOW.<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t wait until \u2018the time is right\u2019 because it\u2019s never the \u2018right\u2019 time. Go for it, wear that new dress and go out to that new restaurant with your girlfriends \u2013 do what your heart desires. Yes, you probably will be a little nervous or even scared, but trust me \u2013 it\u2019s worth it! Surf at that different break, take a Bikram yoga class, book an adventure holiday, choose a different hair color, the list is endless, start small or go big. Whatever you do, do something.
